REFLECTION ON RELAXATION EXERCISE

This exercise was very interesting, because it actually worked! I think that it relaxed me so much that I almost fell asleep! haha! Taking deep breaths, telling yourself you are feeling heavy, the heaviest you can be. Making your blood flow through your body, through your muscles. Absolutely a great exercise that relates to the mind-body aspect on things. I think that maybe when we get upset and stressed out from our busy day(s), we should take a little time out of our busy day to try this exercise. It's more of a meditation tecnique, and I kind of like it! ;)

In the meantime, I will tell you a little about myself!
I am studying at Kaplan University to be a Medical Assistant. I love helping people , I don't think I could be a nurse do to personal reasons, however, a medical assistant is the closest thing I can get to the medical field. I am very excited to graduate, I have 4 classes left ,  my externship, and then I graduate! I am 25 years old, I am happily married with two beautiful daughters. Their ages are 2 and 4. Family is very important to me and I would do anything to help and take care of them. I was born and raised  a Jersey girl, and I wouldn't have it any other way! I love animals, I have a beagle puppy, a Jack russel, 13 chickens, and 3 rabbits.
