REFLECTION ON RELAXATION EXERCISE
This exercise was very interesting, because it actually worked! I think that it relaxed me so much that I almost fell asleep! haha! Taking deep breaths, telling yourself you are feeling heavy, the heaviest you can be. Making your blood flow through your body, through your muscles. Absolutely a great exercise that relates to the mind-body aspect on things. I think that maybe when we get upset and stressed out from our busy day(s), we should take a little time out of our busy day to try this exercise. It's more of a meditation tecnique, and I kind of like it! ;)
